One of the most comfortable but feminine heels are Chanels two-tone Slingback pumps. Coco Chanel designed them in 1957. They are made of goat's leather and shiny fabric. The heel is 6,6 cm and that's why they're perfectly comfortable. Because of the two colors beige and black, you can combine the heels with every outfit and your legs will also look longer. Plus your feet look smaller, because of the black toe.
They made a comeback in 2005 when mister Karl Lagerfeld introduced them once again at the Chanel A/W 2015 show. After the show almost every influencer was seen wearing this classic shoe.
Parabiago (Milan) is the place where the factory is located for the production of Chanels shoes. When you walk inside you find yourself in Coco Chanels world they say. The production process takes longer than one of a clothing item. The two-toned slingback pump is now designed in twenty colors.
Chanel made a short movie on how the slingback heels are made:
Will this be one day your most comfortable heels?
