Yes. All items are guaranteed authentic.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. The Security Tag must be attached and intact to receive a full refund. Items postmarked on the 14th day after the item was received are eligible for the return refund.
In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description and view the photos carefully, especially noting the size of the items and any flaws. Of course, for authenticity- full refund including shipping both ways- no questions asked (although, you just aren't going to need this one-- we only sell the real deal!). Please remember items are second hand and that Always shows somewhere, even if we mention they are in excellent condition.
Layaway items are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned.
What is the security tag?
We place a security tag on each bag that we sell. It is not removable without scissors. It will not damage the bag in anyway, and is easy to remove but it just is not re-attachable. If you wish to return the bag for any reason, it must have this tag attached.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard as well as PayPal, and Wire Transfers. Customers from certain countries may be required to pay using bank wire transfer or confirmed PayPal address. The goods remain to be ours untill FULL payment is received.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Should you find it necessary to cancel an order, you may do so prior to shipping. Call us at +31626112015 to cancel.
Do you accept gift cards?
No, we do not.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Atlantis Trading is required by law to charge 21% sales tax within the EU.
Will I be charged shipping?
Yes. For domestic items, we charge a low, flat Euro 10. This includes shipping, handling, packaging, and insurance. For all other destinations that depends on the size of the parcel. You have to pay us an extra amount on top of the shipping amount appearing in the payment process depending on country and size of parcel.
Can I pay and pick up in person?
Yes. Customers may pay directly for items at the L'étoile de Saint Honoré shops in Amsterdam.
How long does my item remain in checkout?
4 Days. After 4 days, if payment has not been received, the order will be canceled and the items will return to the store.
Are prices negotiable?
No. Prices are fixed at the amounts indicated on the website.
Do you ever have sales?
We do not have any regular sale events. We discount select items after they have been available for sale after an extended period of time.
Do you offer layaway?
Yes. When you purchase an item, you will be asked if it is a Layaway item or not during the payment process of checkout. Items are available for logged in users and for items that have been on the site for 5 days.
What are the terms of layaway?
A 25% down payment of the bag is required to put a bag on layaway. The full payment must be received within 30 days after checkout.

Payment Schedule & Methods
Payment must be completed within 30 days from the date of initial payment. If the 30 days expires without full payment, your deposit plus any additional payments made will be refunded to you, minus the non-refundable portion.
The buyer (You) determine your payment schedule.
Payments amounts must be greater than $50 unless the remaining amount is less than $50.
Payments can be made with credit card, Paypal or Bank Wire.
Cancellation & Other Policies
For obvious reasons we do not sell FREE items (excl. shipping fee) so if you come accross one of our mistakes to not bother to order because we will not send the item.
10% of the total bags purchase price will be non-refundable in the event the layaway is canceled, returned, exchanged or if you need a 30-day extension.
These fees exists because we pay the consigner immediately after an item is put on layaway with the assumption that a layaway will be paid in full. To avoid any fees, the safest way is to not use layaway and buy the item in full where we always offer full refunds. However if you would stil like to use our layaway program, make sure you look at all the pictures, read the description carefully, and call/chat us if you have any specific questions about an item.
Only one item may be checked out using layaway at one time.
Changing bags during the duration of a layaway is treated as cancellation. The 10% fee will apply.
The amount paid for a canceled layaway will not be transferred to a new layaway but will be refunded.
If full payment is not received by the end of the 60th day after purchase, the layaway will be canceled and the item placed back in our inventory to be re-sold. You will be refunded all payments made up to that date, minus the 10% non-refundable portion and any change fees incurred.
Items become available for layaway after they have been available for at least 5 days. Fashionphile also reserves the right to make select items unavailable for layaway.

What happens if I cancel my layaway item?
10% of the total bags purchase price will be non-refundable in the event the layaway is canceled, returned, exchanged or if you need and extension. Changing bags during the duration of a layaway is treated as cancellation. The initial deposit and any additional payments will then transfer to the second bag layaway.
Can I extend my layaway term?
No, we no longer allow extentions on layaway items.
Can I return a layaway item?
Yes, however layaway items are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned.
Can any item be put on layaway?
An item becomes eligible for Layaway once it has been available on the website for at least 7 days. Fashionphile reserves the right to remove any bag from layaway eligibility. Items purchased on eBay are not eligible for layaway using our automated checkout process. Please contact us if you desire to put an eBay item on Layaway.
Shipping & Customs
When will my item be shipped?
We will try to ship within 2 business days from the receipt of payment. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays).
What carrier(s) does atlantis trading use?
We use mostly DPD or PostNL. If you wish any other carrier let us know.
You will have to pay for shipping even when the goods are returned. And returned goods ALWAYS need to be send back registered and insured so that in case of a loss there are no issues!
What are the shipping fees?

Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 20 Euro
Denmark, Great-Britain, Austria, France: 30 Euro
Other European Countries: 50 Euro

What value do you declare on customs forms?
We do love our International Buyers! Unfortunately, we can not lie on customs forms. We mark all of our customs forms as used items (not stating the brand), valued at the amount that you paid for it (minus shipping).
Do you combine shipping?
We are glad to help you save money by combining shipping for multiple items, and will wait to ship an item. Just send a quick email and ask us to hold it for you.
Do you ship to all countries?
We ship almost everywhere in the world. However, some countries have customs policies that have made shipping luxury branded items very difficult. For this reason, we may have problems shipping items to France, Germany, Spain, Italy, or South America.
Who is responsible for customs fees/taxes?
The buyer of the item is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are applied by his/her country.
