And another one ...

OMG it happened again, a Chanel price increase. And because we have a wide collection of Chanel bags, we wouldn’t be L'Étoile if we didn't share this news  with you first. Time flies and so do Chanel's prices. Two months have passed from 2022 and a new price increase has already been announced. We mentioned in our previous blog from November 2021 that Chanel has several price increases every year. It was therefore no surprise when we heard the news of this first price increase in 2022.

And now the moment has come, you've been waiting for. Will there be a bigger change in prices or is it still acceptable? The most popular Chanel bags are the Classic Flap Bags and at this time Chanel gave these bags a price increase by a percentage below 10%. Besides the previous price increase where the classics were above 10%, this should be a relief? We are still in doubt, because a price increase remains a price increase. 

As you can see the prices of the Classic Flap Bags has rised approximately around the 5,5%. With the fact that we are still in the beginning of the new year, we are not really exciting about the upcoming months. Because Chanel has every year around the three till four price increases, so there are still some increases to come this year.

Love for vintage

The only good thing that we can say, is that the new prices increased but the l'Étoile prices are still the same. Besides that it is also a plus that buying vintage designer bags will give you some items which are unique. And also hard to get. Curious which Chanel bags we are selling at the moment?
