Hermès Kelly 40 handbag, made of Transparent Vinyl. The bag has gold-colored hardware. The main compartment closes with the turning lock. The Kelly is famous for its trapezoid shape and the sculpted flap. This bag was a gift in SS 1996 to guests that needed to pass the checkpoints in Paris stating, “See-through Kelly bag“ so it was easy to see what guests were taking inside the bag. The bag can be worn by hand or on the wrist, the handle is too short to be worn on the shoulder. This bag is the perfect Hermès classic collectors bag. The overall condition of this vintage Hermès Transparent Kelly handbag is good. There are some little scratches in some places and the strap is a little discoloured. This item can be found in our store at Reestraat 24 in Amsterdam or can be purchased directly via our webshop. This item comes with an authenticity card from our store.
