Looking for a special gift for a special someone, but not quite sure which preloved item they like the most? We know it's hard to choose with all those vintage treasures. l'Étoile came up with a solution: the l'Étoile giftcard!
How does it work?
- Choose your preferred amount for the giftcard.
- Complete check-out.
- You will receive an order confirmation and the giftcard with an unique code in your inbox. Please forward this e-mail to the lucky receiver of your giftcard.
- The receiver can start shopping online and fill out the giftcard code at the payment method during check-out.
- The receiver of the giftcard can also visit one of our 2 stores in Amsterdam. Show us the giftcard with the unique code in one of our stores, so we can redeem the giftcard with the in-store purchase.
- l'Étoile giftcards cannot expire.

- This giftcard is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
- In cases where your l'Étoile giftcard is lost or stolen, we are unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. l'Étoile cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a l'Étoile giftcard as a result of theft or fraud. All l'Étoile giftcards have a unique code which is required for online purchases. l'Étoile cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the giftcard number becomes known to another party.
- Should you return product(s) purchased using a l'Étoile giftcard via our webshop, any refund amount due will be credited to the original method of payment. In the event that you may have discarded your l'Étoile giftcard, a new card will be issued to you with the refund amount applied.
If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a l'Étoile giftcard and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the l'Étoile giftcard in the first instance.
If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by l'Étoile giftcard, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used (debit/credit card, PayPal or iDeal).

- We ship all our items worldwide!
- We ship all our items registered and secured. This means all our shipments require a signature upon delivery.
- Once we have shipped the item, you will receive a track & trace code so you can track your order.
- If your package gets lost, you will of course get your money back. The refund can only be made after we have been paid by the postal service.

Secured and registered shipment to all other countries are as followed:

- We offer a 14 day return policy for a full refund.
- We accept returns when the security tag is still attached.
